The Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport is seeing several upgrades including a new facility for international flights and more security checkpoints.

Passengers moving through Louisville’s main airport will notice temporary construction walls and machinery noises throughout the year as the airport works on a handful of capital improvement projects.

The new concourse is just one part of the growing airport's ongoing multiyear $1-billion capital improvement plan.
