Randy Arozarena hit a two-run homer to lead off the 10th inning and the Seattle Mariners beat the Baltimore Orioles 6-5.

After allowing two runs in the bottom of the ninth, the Seattle Mariners held on in the 10th for a 6-5 win over the Baltimore Orioles on Tuesday. Randy Arozarena hit a two-run home run off Baltimore’s Rico Garcia in the top of the extra frame and Nick Davila — the last reliever available for the Mariners on Tuesday — escaped with his first Major League save.

Playing for Triple-A Tacoma on Tuesday, Mariners All-Star Cal Raleigh caught five innings and hit two home runs, including a grand slam, against Albuquerque.

In the sixth inning, Jahmai Jones – pinch-hitting for Colt Keith against left-handed reliever Jose A. Ferrer – flew out to strand the bases loaded. In the seventh, Gleyber Torres struck out swinging against left-handed reliever Gabe Speier to strand a runner on third base.

Jim Bowden of The Athletic projected which Seattle Mariners will be called upon to play in the 2026 All Star game in the coming weeks.

The Mariners took two Orioles runs off the board on Monday night in a game that proved to be more decided by inches than the final score would suggest. And both runs they yanked back in a 6-3 win came via challenges that overturned their initial calls.
